Homeowners’ Associations in the Pinery

   How many homeowners’ associations are in the Pinery? This is a very good question and the answer can become confusing.

Consists of filings 1 - 8A. If you are a resident in one of these filings, your membership dues are paid to the Pinery Homeowners’ Association (PHA). You can elect to join the PHA through participation in the Pinery trash program and covenants are enforced by the PHA.
