Copy of the Covenants
   The following list contain links to copies of the covenants for the Pinery. If you have any questions, contact the PHA Office at (303) 841-5305 or eMail ThePineryACC@comcast.net.

Finding Your Filing Number
   If you do not know your filing number you can go to Assessor Parcel Search on the Douglas County Assessor's Office Website. Type in your last name only and/or the address number and the street name.
   Note: Enter the street name only (without north, east, place or way). For example, enter  "Windlawn" not "East Windlawn Way". Also if you enter the name, it is best to enter only the last name. (Enter "Smith" instead of "John Smith").
   The filing number will be the number after "The Pinery".  For example  "LOT 2  BLK 3  THE PINERY #1"  would be filing number 1.
