COVENANT REVISION SURVEY #3

Over 150 residents have responded to Covenant Survey #1, and over 90 have responded to Covenant Survey #2. Each survey asks if the covenants should be revised. Thus far, over 70% respondents to both surveys have said yes. Other topics covered by survey are:

Survey #1: Parking Surfaces
Survey #2: Recreational Vehicle Parking / Exterior Colors

If you haven’t yet completed either or both of the first two surveys, please visit Covenant Surveys . All surveys will remain available for completion on the website as we go through this process. Below is the third of a planned series of surveys for you to use to help The Pinery HOA get as broad a consensus as possible of ideas and opinions to provide a basis for covenant revision.
We are again asking if covenants should be revised. Based on the positive response received, we will continue with the process, but as we do so, we want to again ensure that the position has not changed. The rest of this survey deals with exterior maintenance and number of garage doors.

Future surveys will deal with items such as, exterior materials, landscaping issues such as water features and other items not common when we were initially established in the 70s.

Please take time to complete and return the survey. You may drop off or fax the completed survey from the September Newsletter at the Pinery HOA office in the lower level of the fire station, fax 303-841-5444 or use the on-line form below.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your input. Look for subsequent surveys in future newsletters. Be sure to validate your survey by including your name and address below – we cannot include anonymous responses:
