Dear Community neighbor,
You may have noticed signs posted along the frontage of the property in the northwest corner of Parker Road and North Pinery Parkway. The property is known as Pinery Village Filing 1.
TF Pinery West, LP, the landowner of Pinery Village Filing 1 – the 100 acres located at the northwest corner of Parker Road and North Pinery Parkway – is in the process of seeking approval from Douglas County to Final Plat the property. The Final Plat approval will allow for construction of infrastructure that will support forthcoming commercial development that will serve our community. This next step toward the eventual build-out of the property to commercial uses continues the community’s desired vision expressed in the guidelines established in the original Pinery Planned Development Plan.
As a valued member of the Pinery and the Pinery West communities, the landowner would like to invite you to an informal open house on October 16, 2019 between 6 and 8 PM at the Pinery Fire Station 43, located at 8170 Hillcrest Way, Parker, CO 80134. This informal session will allow you the opportunity to learn more about the progress regarding this important parcel of land.
