Hail Damage to your Roof or Siding?
Hopefully, you went through the recent hailstorm without any damage. If you had damage here are the general requirements for replacing your roof or siding.
If you are replacing an existing, previously approved, roof or siding with NO change in color, material, texture or shape it is viewed as maintenance and does NOT require a submittal.
If you will be changing the color, material, texture or shape we suggest that you choose the materials on the approved materials list.
To expedite your approval, please select a roof or siding on the list, submit a letter (to Pinery ARC, 8170 Hillcrest Way, Parker, CO 80134) or email ARC@pinery.org. Be sure to include your:
- Telephone Number and email
- Roof brand/type selected or siding brand/type selected
- Color Name (must be earth-tone)
Office staff will verify that 1) the roof or siding has been pre-approved, and 2) the color selected is an earth-tone, and 3) confirm with a telephone call or email within one week. You are then free to proceed with installation. At the subsequent ARC meeting, the submittal will appear on a ‘Pre-approved materials and colors’ portion of the agenda and be noted by the Committee. You will get a confirming letter for your files after the meeting.
If you wish to use unapproved roof or siding material you will need to submit the information shown for roofing and siding in the ARC standards. These will be approved at ARC meetings that are at 6:30 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
