A Public Trail On Private Land
Many Pinery residents have enjoyed hiking, biking, and maybe even horseback riding on Kinney Creek Trail – a Douglas County trail on Colorado Golf Club property. Because this is a Douglas County Trail, Douglas County regulations should be followed which includes dogs being on leash at all times. Because it is private property, trail users must stay on the trail.
The Kinney Creek Trail can be accessed on the northwest side of North Pinery Parkway just east of Pinery Pointe and the Pinery Water District pump station.
Trail Surface: a fine gravel surface. It's very lightly used.
